We cater for individuals, couples, and all sexes from the age of 50 onwards. As an empathetic care home, we are also equipped to cater for and support elderly residents who might have some mild mental health impairments such as anxiety, depression, bi-polar or schizophrenia and diseases including dementia. Our residential care home is also able to cater for residents who may have problems with sight or hearing.
We are unfortunately, at this time, unable to cater for those with nursing needs. However, we can cater for residents with mild cognitive impairment and some physical disability as long as the use of a hoist is not required.
We currently provide accommodation for 24 residents – 14 single rooms and 5 double rooms – for which we are registered with the CQC. All of the rooms in our Eastbourne residential care home have en-suite toilet and basin, with two even offering a full bathroom with toilet.
To provide for our residents in the most comfortable and respectful ways possible, all of our rooms are much larger than the National Minimum Care standards minimum size. We also have 2 rooms with baths. Where residents have their own en-suite bath, adapted facilities such as a bath lift may also be provided.
We provide ample communal spaces for our residents to spend their time in, including a large lounge and separate smaller lounge, and an elegant dining room. We also have a large garden that our residents are welcome to use during the summer months.
All of our care home’s communal spaces are accessible to all of our residents, including those using wheelchairs and walking aids. There is a passenger lift to all floors to allow ease of movement and comfort for those staying with us.
Our pricing is fully customisable according to the services added on, currently ranging from £650 to £850.
